YMCA MISSION: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Position Overview The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is currently filling positions throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas for our Before and After School programs. SITE DIRECTORS are responsible for the management and leadership of the program.

Responsibilities

• Developing a staff team
• Providing behavior management support for students
• Maintaining communication between staff and families in the program
• Creating innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help students learn and grow every day
• Fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth
• Demonstrating the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants
• Requiring high levels of organization, energy, and fun
