Beer Technician- Part Time
About the role
As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for cleaning and servicing draft beer lines to ensure local bars and restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will involve visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on their route.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service draft beer lines at local bars and restaurants
- Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on assigned route
- Maintain draft beer systems to ensure quality dispensing
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Hands-on quick learner
- Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service
Training
No previous experience required. We provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Schedule
Part-time: 3 days per week, 18-21 hours total per week + possible overtime. The 3 days are flexible but will be Monday-Friday, within the hours of 8am-5pm. No early morning, evening, or night shifts available.
Pay
Starting at $24.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours
