About the role

The Beer Technician is responsible for maintaining and managing the brewery’s equipment and processes to ensure smooth production and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate brewery equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Monitor and adjust brewing parameters to maintain consistent product quality
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report issues to supervisors
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot production problems
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with brewery equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of brewing processes and equipment
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
