What You’ll Do Pick up guests in a 14-passenger van and lead them on a tour through some of the best local craft breweries in your city, teaching them all about the history and science of beerCreate an engaging, fun, and educational experience while ensuring safety and promoting responsible consumption Your Schedule Shifts range from 3 to 6+ hoursFlexible hours that work around your scheduleGreat addition to an existing full-time or part-time jobCurrent guides across all our cities average 4 to 14+ hours per weekOur busiest time for tours is Thursday – Saturday Requirements Passion for and interest in craft beer and breweriesEvening and/or weekend availabilityAbility to manage time effectivelyExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to comfortably navigate city roads in a 14-passenger van Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record (No DUIs)21 years or older Preferred Qualifications Cicerone or BJCP Knowledge and/or CertificationHome brewing or beer industry experiencePrevious tour guide, theater, and/or improv experience Compensation & What You’ll Receive Starts at $18/hour + tips — tour guides can make over $100 in tips per tour, & guaranteed gratuities are offered on groups of 4+!Bonuses for positive reviewsOpportunities for growth: as a growing organization, we are often adding salaried positions and look to promote from within.Flexible availabilityCicerone Certification Level 1 and 2 sponsorshipsFree & discounted tour tickets for you and your friends & family401k matching Physical Requirements: You will be required to safely operate a motor vehicle. This includes the ability to sit for durations of up to 60 minutes at a time while driving. You will be required to stand and walk for durations of at least 45 minutes at each tour stop and you will also need the mobility to pour beer from pitchers to glasses at various locations.
