Beekeeper

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain beehives, including frames, boxes, and foundations.
• Inspect bee colonies for diseases and pests.
• Feed and care for bees, ensuring they have an adequate food supply.
• Harvest honey and other bee products.
• Monitor hive health and productivity.
• Safely handle bees and beekeeping equipment.
• Educate others about beekeeping practices and the importance of bees in our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Beekeeper or in a related role.
• Knowledge of bee behavior, biology, and hive management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow beekeeping best practices.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for beekeeping and sustainability.
