Beef Trimmer - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Trim fat, bruises, bones, and any undesirables to specifications using a regular cutting knife
• Prepare meat for final mixer and add the correct amount of pickle
• Assist in hooking up transfer hoses to the hopper

Requirements

• Must be in your current position for at least 6 months
• Must have fewer than 7 points
• No write-ups in the previous 12 months
