Responsibilities

- Guide staff in creating engaging and educational programs. - Shape and implement summer camp activities aligned with STEAM pathways. - Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. - Ensure all activities are developmentally appropriate and meet safety standards.

Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree. - At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in education, youth development, or a related field. - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working with diverse groups of students.
