About the role

Victoria’s Secret & Co is a world‑leading specialty retail brand known for innovation and excellence in lingerie and fashion. As a Beauty Supervisor you will be a values‑based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top‑line sales. You will be accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store, reporting to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual execution within the beauty business.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life.
• Uphold sales floor and fitting‑room standards (if applicable).
• Ensure category‑level execution aligns with brand priorities and direction.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to guarantee product availability and readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity; in some locations, may lead broader business functions.

Store Leadership Expectations

• Lead and demonstrate company values.
• Act as Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Coach and develop associates.
• Execute Daily Workforce Management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Model behaviors that align with leadership competencies.
• Demonstrate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Self‑awareness with a willingness to seek feedback for improvement.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and perform frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing.
• Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• Experience directing others in their job duties (preferred).
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience (preferred).

Pay

Minimum Salary: $16.75 per hour
Maximum Salary: $20.10 per hour. Compensation is determined by factors such as skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant considerations.
