A Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values‑based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top‑line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store and reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• Executes and maintains visual execution within the beauty business.
• Drives product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life.
• Maintains sales floor and fitting‑room standards (if applicable).
• Ensures category‑level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction.
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience.
• Leads and demonstrates company values; acts as Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Coaches and develops associates.
• Executes daily workforce‑management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborates with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Leads and models behaviors linked to leadership competencies and company policies.
• Additional duties as assigned, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Self‑awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and perform frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing.
• Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• Experience directing others in the performance of their job duties (preferred).
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience (preferred).

Pay

Minimum Salary: $17.25 per hour

Maximum Salary: $20.80 per hour

Compensation is determined by factors such as specific skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant considerations.
