The Role of a Beauty Consultant

• Making every interaction in Cosmetics and Skin Care meaningful, personalized, and inspiring.
• Connecting with guests through product recommendations, beauty expertise, sampling, and solution-based selling that helps guests discover products and routines tailored to their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Creating confidence-building experiences that make beauty easy, rewarding, and enjoyable, while driving loyalty, basket-building, and sales growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a variable work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 12+ months previous beauty retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
• A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
