Role Overview Seeking a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences in beauty and personal care. Responsibilities Provide personalized sales advice and promote beauty services and products.Engage customers, upsell, and explain product features to maximize sales.Perform beauty services, including ear-piercing and other treatments, ensuring proficiency and licensing compliance.Educate customers on product usage and benefits to drive purchase decisions.Maintain attractive product displays and support promotional activities.Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld.Participate in training, sales programs, and in-store events.Represent the brand professionally and stay updated on beauty trends. Qualifications & Skills Valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license, with ability to perform services.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Goal-oriented with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.Flexible schedule, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.Physical ability to stand, perform manual dexterity, and provide beauty services.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; bilingual skills a plus.
