Pay

$21 base pay plus commission with a multiplier; average employee earns $23‑$27 per hour, top performers earn more. Commission is calculated and paid each pay period. Month‑end bonus goals range from $500 to $1,000 per month (depending on store classification) plus additional monthly kickers.

Schedule

Full‑time management sales position with flexible scheduling; closed on all major holidays; requires availability nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants
• Ongoing team training
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
• Ensuring compliance with all company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing the business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership/management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods (up to 7 hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
