Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants
• Providing ongoing team training
• Conducting customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
• Ensuring compliance with all company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Handling cash, opening and closing the business
• Completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership/management experience
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods (up to 7 hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Pay

• Base pay: $21 per hour plus commission with multiplier opportunity
• Average earnings: $23–$27 per hour; top performers earn more
• Commission paid out each pay period
• Month‑End Bonus Goals: $500–$1,000 per month (store‑dependent) plus monthly kickers
