Beauty Concierge - Park Meadows Rack

About the role

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Share love of beauty trends and provide product knowledge to customers.
• Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover great deals.
• Maintain a clean sales floor, ensure inventory processes are completed, merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolution.
• Work with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re‑merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Calm demeanor in a busy retail environment.
• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Pay

$20.15 – $20.95 hourly (range may vary by location and experience).
