About the role

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR COFFEE KIOSK Soramachi Store is currently recruiting barista staff. We are looking for people who love coffee and people, and who resonate with the kiosk concept.

Responsibilities

• Barista duties (customer service, coffee extraction)

Requirements

• Part-time position (with employee promotion system available)
• Experience preferred
• Long-term availability preferred
• Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and during long vacation periods preferred

Pay

• Starting hourly wage: 1,226 yen~
• Trial period applies but hourly wage remains unchanged
• Salary increase system available
• Transportation expenses separately provided

Schedule

• Minimum 2 days per week (consultation available)
• Shift system (approximately 5–9 hours per day)
