The Role
Serve as Guidde's first-ever SDR Manager, architecting a modern, hybrid sales development organization that seamlessly blends human SDRs with AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage the SDR team from day one, providing daily coaching, training, and strategic guidance to foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Build and optimize the core infrastructure of our sales development engine, including sales software setups, cadences, messaging sequences, and calling scripts.
- Spearhead AI initiatives within the sales development function, identifying and implementing cutting-edge tools to automate manual tasks and enhance personalization at scale.
- Drive AI innovation by building and optimizing AI workflows, showcasing hands-on experience with AI implementations.
- Optimize and experiment by running a rigorous, data-driven methodology of continuous A/B testing, actively monitoring KPIs, and iterating on strategies to maximize meeting booked rates and pipeline generation.
Requirements
- Deep, proven expertise in sales development mechanics, including CRM/sales engagement software management, cadence architecture, and high-converting script writing.
- Hands-on, practical experience successfully implementing AI initiatives or tools within a sales development context.
- An analytical rigor in A/B testing methodologies, KPI tracking, and using data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive pipeline improvements.
- Previous SDR management or team lead experience is highly preferred, though exceptional senior ICs with a strong track record of building AI/SDR systems will be considered.
- A builder mentality to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where you are writing the playbook rather than just following an existing one.
Qualifications
