About the role
Checkout.com is actively recruiting for an enthusiastic and talented BDR Lead to join their fast-growing team in New York. This role plays a fundamental role in the company's rapid growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a team of Business Development Representatives
- Mapping out key prospects
- A hands-on approach (generating leads and cold-calling)
- Collaborating with the Sales team
- Stakeholder management
- Being creative and thinking outside the box when approaching merchants
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the Payments space
- Management experience
- Passionate about technology
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident in stakeholder management
- Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
- Self-motivated and driven
- Fully fluent in English
