Chapman Ford in Northeast Philadelphia, the Number 1 Volume Ford dealer in the Philadelphia Region, is seeking to add to its busy Internet Sales Department. The department is fast-paced and high-volume and requires the same from its team members.

Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss requests and current promotions.
- Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our store.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
- Make a compelling introduction and be willing to participate in skills and product training.
- Be a multi-tasker and have excellent customer service skills.
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Be proficient with computers, emails, smartphones, and the web.
- Engage in all training directed by the BDC Manager.
- Follow the BDC scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensure that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionally.
- Acquire a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the dealership.
- Develop proficiency with all features of the CRM Software and associated products.
- Ensure that all information entered into systems is consistent and accurate.
- Maintain a thorough understanding and adherence to dealership and BDC department policies and procedures.
- Consistently meet the daily guidelines set for number of set appointments, appointment show and outbound calls.
- Maintain the essential communication link between the client and the dealership.
- Ensure that all communications to and from the client are passed on effectively and quickly.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with in-house system, email, and Internet products.
- Ability to communicate verbally and especially with written communications.
- Previous sales, automotive, or customer service experience.
