Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish partnerships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions to promote ASB’s training programs internationally.
- Build and maintain a network of international education consultants, recruitment agents, and study abroad advisors.
- Develop B2B collaborations with organizations involved in student mobility, global admissions, and overseas education counseling.
- Onboard and manage a network of education consultants, student recruitment agencies, and visa counseling firms to drive student enrollments.
- Train and support education agents on ASB’s offerings, admissions processes, and partnership benefits.
- Develop incentive structures and engagement strategies to maximize student referrals through agents.
- Conduct market research to identify potential university partners and recruitment agencies across key international regions.
- Design and implement strategies to increase student enrollments from international markets.
- Drive revenue growth by exploring new business models, collaborations, and product positioning in the study abroad sector.
- Negotiate and execute Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), articulation agreements, and partnership contracts with universities and agencies.
- Develop joint initiatives such as exchange programs, articulation pathways, and co-branded training offerings.
- Represent ASB at international education fairs, global conferences, and university networking events.
- Conduct webinars, info sessions, and workshops to engage prospective students, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Participate in panel discussions and industry forums to build ASB’s credibility in the study abroad and EdTech sectors.
- Collaborate with ASB’s admissions, marketing, and academic teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide insights on visa policies, international admissions trends, and student recruitment best practices.
Experience Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in business development, international student recruitment, or university sales within the study abroad sector.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, university admissions, and agent network management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with universities and education agents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of study abroad trends, visa policies, and international admissions processes.
- Ability to drive partnerships independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of EdTech platforms and global higher education ecosystems is a plus.
