About the Role

Mazda of North Miami is seeking elite sales professionals to join our BDC / VIP sales team. This is an opportunity to take your sales career to the next level and become a top producer on our BDC sales team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing high-volume deals
• CRM experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Drive to succeed
• Willingness to work and dedicate yourself to absolute growth
• Proven track record and references required
• Mining experience
• Service department Sales VIP experience
• Experience with new car leads and used car leads

Compensation

• $15 per hour (40–50 hours per week) + commission + spiffs
• Sales team total earnings: $70,000 – $120,000+
• Top performers earn up to $10,000 per month
• Room for growth

Schedule

• Shift 1: 8:45am – 6:00pm
• Shift 2: 11:45am – 9:00pm
