BDC Sales

About the role

This is an entry level position for those wishing to enter the automotive industry. Use the industry's most advanced tools to help customers get fair market value or better in the sale of their vehicles. In this position you are the voice of our dealership, communicating directly with our customers via phone, text, and email; and coordinating directly with top dealership managers. Promotion and pay increases will be available to those who prove efficient. BDC agents communicate directly with our customers and coordinate data and information sharing among managers within our sales department. Persons in this role will provide information to customers and coordinate customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions and coordinating sales appointments
• Communicating directly with customers via multiple mediums
• Coordinating data sharing among senior managers and other staff members
• Properly using the best information technology systems in the industry

Schedule

M - F 9:00A - 5:00P OR 11:00A - 7:00P and every other Saturday

Requirements

• Worthy of trust
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to smoothly share information and coordinate events with staff throughout the dealership
• Capable of computer data entry
• Ability to quickly learn processes and product knowledge
