What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Follow up aggressively with unsold prospects
- Maintain consistent communication via phone, text, and email
- Work closely with sales managers to maximize show rates and sold units
- Log all activity accurately in the CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- REQUIRED:
- Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- High sense of urgency and follow-up discipline
- Ability to handle high lead volume (calls, texts, emails daily)
- Positive attitude with a competitive mindset
- Must be reliable and accountable
Schedule Requirements:
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
