Job Description We are currently seeking a representative to work in our automotive Business Development Center. The Automotive BDC Representative responds to inquiries via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. He or she answers incoming telephone calls in a warm, helpful, and professional manner. Outgoing calls and incoming assigned tasks are part of the daily routine. This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment.
