Requirements

• A BDC professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong phone skills — you can turn a cold lead into a booked appointment
• Someone who takes ownership of their pipeline and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Experience with CRM systems (dealership experience a plus, not required)
• A competitive mindset — you want to be paid what you’re actually worth
