About the role
Classic Toyota - Wilkesboro is seeking a dedicated BDC & Rental Car Representative to join their team in North Wilkesboro, NC.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Set appointments for sales and service departments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
- Aid customers at the rental car counter, processing rental agreements and managing vehicle availability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to help build strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Familiarity with rental car processes is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
