BDC REP

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments for test drives, service visits, and sales consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales progress.
• Provide customers with detailed information about Nissan vehicles, promotions, and financing options.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple contacts simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
