About the role
The BDC Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate departments
- Handling client inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Processing payments and maintaining financial records
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Proficiency in using a phone system and calendar software
