Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming leads (internet, phone, text)
- Respond quickly and professionally using VinSolutions
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with: Internet leads, Missed opportunities, Previous customers
- Maintain consistent communication with Sales Managers
- Ensure all appointments are properly confirmed (no guessing)
- Log all activity in CRM accurately
- Daily Expectations: High volume of outbound calls and follow-ups, Fast response time on all new leads, Strong communication and persistence, Proper tracking of all customer interactions
Requirements
- Previous BDC or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Able to handle objections and stay persistent
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
