About the role
Be the First Point of Contact for a High-Volume Dealership
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries promptly
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with customers
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Confirm and manage daily appointment schedules
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Follow up with unsold leads and missed appointments
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus
- Automotive experience is helpful, but not required
