About the role

Be the First Point of Contact for a High-Volume Dealership

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries promptly
  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with customers
  • Schedule sales and service appointments
  • Confirm and manage daily appointment schedules
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
  • Follow up with unsold leads and missed appointments
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus
  • Automotive experience is helpful, but not required
