Job Responsibilities Perform daily BDC department operationsRun daily/weekly/monthly reports and track resultsPrepare individual “call results reports” for managementRecord and listen to customer callsAnswer calls directed to the parts and service departmentsSet service appointmentsInterface with other department headsParticipate in dealership management meetings Skills/Qualifications Successful track record in service department operations, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department managementThe ability to manage high call volumes, servise & parts leads and call lists simultaneouslyOverall knowledge of automotive service department operationsStrong organizational skills and leadership abilitiesFamiliarity with dealership CRM and DMS systemsExperience in training teams and individuals preferred Job Requirements High school diploma/GEDBasic computer skillsDealership BDC experienceMust have valid driver licenseMust be eligible to work in the USMust pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check Compensation Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision/Life401(k) with company matchPaid vacationEmployee discountsDrug Free work environmentE.O.E About Since 1938, The Gillman Companies have been a family-owned and operated group of automobile dealerships.
