BDC Agent
About the role
We are seeking a highly driven, performance-focused BDC Agent who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and is motivated by measurable results. This role is critical to driving dealership traffic by efficiently converting leads into scheduled appointments while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and internet leads with speed and accuracy
- Engage customers to identify needs, overcome objections, and drive appointment setting with our sales team
- Consistently meet or exceed daily call, contact, and appointment-set benchmarks
- Create urgency and motivation for customers to visit the dealership and speak with a salesperson
- Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure strong appointment show rates and smooth transitions
- Maintain compliance with scripting, follow-up cadence, and call quality standards
- Achieve individual and team KPIs, including call volume, contact rate, appointment-set rate, and show rate
- Demonstrate efficient time management and productivity throughout scheduled shifts
- Adapt quickly to coaching and performance feedback to improve results
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach while driving sales outcomes
- Results-oriented with a strong sales and performance mindset
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and goal-motivated
Requirements
- Automotive BDC or call center experience preferred, but not required
