About the role

Prestige Toyota of Ramsey is seeking a Full-time Appointment Setter/Call Center (Internet & Phone Sales) position, with a flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Follow up with Sales Department to confirm appointments
• Contact Internet Customers via email, phone, and text to schedule appointments
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience with sales or Telemarketing preferred
• Experience in phone sales, business development, customer service
• Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
• First-class verbal, written and communication skills
• Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Computer literate and able to type quickly

Pay

Est. Annual Compensation: $45,000 - $95,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location, etc.

Schedule

The schedule includes Saturdays.
