DCH Freehold BMW is searching for high-performing, Business Development Center Representatives to join our service team!
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Handle a high volume of calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain detailed records and follow up effectively
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Use CRM software proficiently
- Stay highly organized and attentive to details
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
Qualifications
- Previous dealership BDC experience is a plus
- A great attitude is essential for success
Skills
- Strong focus on customer service
- Outstanding follow-up skills
- Excellent computer skills, including CRM proficiency
- Highly organized with attention to detail

Pay
The hourly wage for this position is $19.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability.
Schedule
Work schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, rotating Saturdays.
