About the role

DCH Freehold BMW is searching for high-performing, Business Development Center Representatives to join our service team!

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class customer service
  • Handle a high volume of calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain detailed records and follow up effectively
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Use CRM software proficiently
  • Stay highly organized and attentive to details

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old

Qualifications

  • Previous dealership BDC experience is a plus
  • A great attitude is essential for success

Skills

  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Outstanding follow-up skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including CRM proficiency
  • Highly organized with attention to detail

Pay

The hourly wage for this position is $19.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability.

Schedule

Work schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, rotating Saturdays.
