About The Role
As the Head of Business Development at Salsa Valley, you will play a critical role in developing strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the reach and impact of our products to Web2 and Web3 audiences. You will identify and pursue opportunities that align with our company goals, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Salsa Valley.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a robust partnership strategy that aligns with Salsa Valley’s vision and market goals.
- Manage all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, including initial outreach, negotiation of terms, agreement execution, and ongoing partnership maintenance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry influencers.
- Work closely with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy and optimal integration of new partnerships.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure partnerships and collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall business goals.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to anticipate new opportunities and potential collaborations.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or blockchain industries.
- Proven experience successfully negotiating and managing strategic B2B partnerships and sales.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- A strong passion for blockchain technology, game fi, and excitement about contributing to the development of immersive entertainment blockchain products through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to lead contract negotiations and discussions to secure partnerships and collaborations.
- A team player, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- An existing contact base will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business development, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or blockchain industries.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a proven track record of successful partnership negotiations and contract management.
- You are familiar with Web2 and Web3 ecosystems and understand the importance of blockchain technology in these spaces.

This is a full-time remote job. Salary: $30,000 per year + bonuses in $SALSA Tokens. The profitability goal is within the first 2-5 months.
