Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis and intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Valid license to practice ABA in your state.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field preferred.
• Experience in research and publication.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.

Skills

• Proficient in using ABA software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
