Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate structured social groups in a supportive and engaging environment.
- Implement evidence-based teaching strategies (modeling, role-play, prompting, reinforcement, and natural environment teaching).
- Promote positive peer interactions and appropriate social behaviors.
- Support participants in practicing and generalizing skills across different activities and settings.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or BTs assisting with social groups.
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality implementation of interventions.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers regarding participant progress.
- Provide recommendations and strategies for supporting social skills development at home and in the community.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in ABA, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / LBA required or in process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in school setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

- Flexible Scheduling Hours: Saturday 8:45-3:30 PM AND/OR Sunday 10- 1PM
