We deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy where it matters most: in homes, centers, schools, and communities across Long Island. Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based teaching strategies (modeling, role-play, prompting, reinforcement, and natural environment teaching)
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or BTs assisting with social groups
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality implementation of interventions
- Communicate regularly with caregivers regarding participant progress
- Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned for each case
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or LBA credential required or in process
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in center setting
- Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Available to work four weekdays from 2-7pm and Saturdays from 8:45am-3:30pm
Qualifications
Familiarity with ABA-based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools
Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
