About the role

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers have been providing a warm, friendly, and fun learning environment since 2011 for children with autism and related disorders. We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create personalized behavior plans that improve fundamental and communication skills. Our services also support the entire family.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Ensure treatment plans comply with contract requirements and professional standards
• Train and supervise ABA therapists and RBTs
• Supervise BCaBA and BCBA candidates
• Establish and maintain data measurement and analysis systems
• Provide consultation services to school districts and private schools
• Attend and participate in parent meetings and provide training
• Maintain required continuing education and certifications
• Ensure health information is secure and protected according to HIPAA

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, preferably from a BACB accredited program
• Training and certification as an Applied Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and practices
• Experience with ACE ABA Data System
• High level of independence and ability to prioritize tasks

Pay

$90,000 - $100,000 USD per year

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with flexibility. Weekend hours as needed on a site-by-site basis.
