About the role

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers have been providing a warm, friendly, and fun learning environment since 2011 for children with autism and related disorders. We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create personalized behavior plans that improve fundamental and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on assessments and data
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Ensure treatment plans comply with contract requirements and professional standards
• Train and supervise ABA therapists and RBTs in the clinic and home settings
• Supervise BCaBA and BCBA candidates as directed by the Regional Director
• Establish and maintain data collection and analysis systems for children receiving behavioral interventions
• Provide consultation services to school districts, private schools, and outside agencies
• Attend and participate in clinical support meetings and parent meetings
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure student safety

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, preferably from a BACB accredited program
• Training and certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysts
• Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with various technology including ACE ABA Data System

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, preferably from a BACB accredited program
• BACB certification as an Applied Behavior Analyst
• Knowledge of ethical standards in behavior analysis
• Experience with VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Ability to work with a high level of independence and prioritize tasks
