About the role

Provides evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client development.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or closely related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience providing direct therapy services to individuals with ASD.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
