About the role
Provides evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client development.
- Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements in all interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or closely related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience providing direct therapy services to individuals with ASD.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
