About the role

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers have been providing a warm, friendly, and fun learning environment since 2011 for children with autism and related disorders. We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create personalized behavior plans that improve fundamental and communication skills. Our services extend to the entire family, recognizing that family success leads to better outcomes for children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on assessments and data
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Ensure treatment plans comply with contracts, insurance requirements, and professional standards
• Train and supervise ABA therapists, RBTs, and BCaBA/Candidates
• Establish and maintain data collection and analysis systems for clients
• Provide consultation services to school districts, private schools, and outside agencies
• Attend and lead clinical support meetings and parent meetings
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client health information
• Perform duties under stress, including during behavioral escalations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, preferably from a BACB-accredited program
• Training and certification as an Applied Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB)
• Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices
• Experience with ACE ABA Data System
• High level of independence and ability to prioritize tasks
