BCBA- School Based

About the role

Join our Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services team in Malvern and Audubon, PA. As a BCBA, you will be directly involved in completing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behavior Supports Plans (PBSPs) on children with behavioral and emotional support needs. You will also have the opportunity to train staff teams and, as much as possible, parents on the implementation of PBSP and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behavior Supports Plans (PBSPs)
• Provide regular training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) concepts and principles for all staff
• Train staff teams and, as much as possible, parents on the implementation of PBSP and data collection
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including principal, head teacher, classroom teacher, direct care staff, OT, SLP, PT, Nurse, and job coaches
• Offer support during the transition from school to career, focusing on necessary skills

Requirements

• Masters' or Doctoral degree in psychology, special education or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required
• Prior experience working with students with special needs
• Prior experience writing FBAs, BSPs

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment and care models

Benefits

• $85,000 - $96,900 annual salary, dependent upon experience

Pay

$85,000 - $96,900 annually, dependent upon experience

4 days a week in Malvern and 1 day a week in Audubon, PA
