About the role
Provide high-quality BCBA services at our Owings Mills clinic. Lead individual and group therapy sessions, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and conduct assessments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Train and supervise staff as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis preferred
- BCBA certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA techniques
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Skills
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
