Clinic BCBA
About the role
Carry On Therapy provides ABA services that are centered around real life and families. We take time to understand routines, strengths, and goals so services feel practical and supportive rather than overwhelming. We value collaboration, ethical practice, and creating an environment where both clients and clinicians feel supported. This role is for an in-person BCBA to provide hands-on clinical supervision inside our Cordova clinic. The position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys being present on the treatment floor, coaching RBTs in real time, and directly supporting learner progress. It is a 100% clinical position focused on behavior plans, treatment quality, and staff guidance, with no scheduling, operational, or administrative responsibilities. The Assistant Clinical Director oversees clinic operations, allowing the BCBA to focus strictly on clinical care. Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
