About the role
Join our team at BCBA Columbia Clinic Based. We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Provide individualized therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families and other professionals
- Evaluate and modify treatment plans based on progress
Requirements
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
