About the role

Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact in the community. We are seeking a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to lead behavior intervention programs in our clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision-making
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide supervision and training to other staff members
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Current BACB certification
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Knowledge of assessment tools and interventions for behavior modification
• Passion for improving quality of life for individuals with special needs
