About the role
Provide high-quality BCBA services at our clinic based in Hamilton. Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with families and other professionals
- Keep detailed records and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Master’s degree in BCBA preferred
- Valid license to practice as a BCBA in Ontario
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Passion for helping individuals with autism

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
