About the role
Part-Time BCBA Consultant responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1–2 hours of monthly supervision for assigned RBTs in accordance with BACB and payer requirements.
- Conduct direct observation of RBT service delivery and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Complete required supervision documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure RBTs implement behavior intervention plans with treatment fidelity.
- Communicate clinical observations and recommendations to the Clinical Director and treatment team as needed.
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, state licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
- Participate in occasional clinical meetings or consultations, as needed.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Schedule
Flexible, based on client and RBT availability. Flexible work-from-home options available.
Commitment: Approximately 1–2 hours per RBT per month.
