About the role
Silver Spring families are looking for someone like you. Ahead ABA delivers in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, and we are adding a certified RBT with room for two cases. Come do work that matters close to home.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with each child in their home, bringing calm, patience, and fun to every session.
- Follow the BCBA‑set plan and receive frequent check‑ins to grow in the role while the child progresses.
- Track progress so the whole team can celebrate the wins.
Requirements
- RBT certification
- Reliable car
- Real love for helping children
Pay
We pay $26 to $30 per hour.
