BCBA Clinical Supervisor Remote in Georgia

About This Role

ABA Journey provides group-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum across Georgia. Our BCBAs are not working alone — you’ll be part of a clinical team that actively supports each other, shares resources, and stays connected. Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $75 – $95/hr
• Employment Type: Full or Part-Time
• Minimum Hours (PT): 10 hrs/week
• Schedule: Flexible

Pay placement within the range is based on experience and caseload scope. This is an hourly contractor role — health benefits are not included.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments; develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor client progress through regular data analysis and adjust interventions to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs — providing guidance, training, and treatment fidelity oversight.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, speech therapists, OTs, and educators to deliver coordinated, whole-child care.
• Complete session notes, progress reports, and all documentation on time and in compliance with BACB and Georgia state requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA, ideally with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must reside in the state of Georgia, and or have your Georgia State Licensure.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to adjust programs based on progress trends.
• Genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and their families.
